April Gathering Details

We can't order new product from the next catalog until April 1st. This is too short a timeline to have our projects focus on specific new product. So instead we're returning to the classics. 

Our day will be filled with projects and presentations that work with whatever product is current, just like that little black dress.

 In-Person: April 23rd in McFarland

  • Masks? as of this posting Dane County is not requiring mask use. We will have seating socially distanced and you are welcome to wear a mask if you choose. Out of respect for the venue and gratitude for our use of the space, we will follow their protocols at the time of the event and expect your flexibility for this crazy world we live in. 

  • attend virtually
    ... we will record all the presentations at the in-person event for you to view after the event.

    ... watch the presentations on-line at your own pace
        and do the Make and Takes in the comfort of your own stamping space

  • Options for Sharing
    * in person attendees may freely share photographs of presentations and displays
    * digital content ... can you invite a friend to watch with you?  of course!
    But if they want their own Make & Take projects they will need to register for the event.

  • Deadline to register is Friday April 8th
    This gives our helpers a full 2 weeks to prepare materials.


Activities Plan:
  • Crafting presentations
    by fellow demonstrators with tips and projects that will work with lots of different product

  • Crafting Make and Takes
    Packets will be sent to those attending virtually

  • For the Business Demo
    ** Actionable suggestions for card classes using the Make & Take projects
         and using product from the presentations
    ** Business Topic our April event is Event Types
 
Trading (optional)
  • Register your intention to trade here ... Deadline to sign-up is April 8th.

Guests
You are welcome to invite potential downline. This is a great opportunity for conversations with them about joining your team and the benefits of being a demonstrator.
  • non-demo guests attending will get to make some fun projects
    and see some inspiring presentations on how to use the product.

  • Business Topics: There will be one main business presentation on types of events.

    Your non-demo friends will hear additional casual references in each presentation to ways the product can be shared with others - potentially resulting in them being excited to share their love of SU and therefore helping your business to grow.

Event Registration and Trade Poll both close Friday April 8th  ...This gives everyone a full 2 weeks to prepare materials.
